Email [email protected]. We aim to reply within two working days. If you're reporting a problem, it helps enormously if you include your iPhone model, your iOS version, and what you were doing when it happened.

Account & sign-in

Do I need an account? Yes. Your logbook is a record you cannot afford to lose, so it is backed up to your account from the first flight. Sign in with Apple, Google, or an email address.

I signed in with Apple and my flights are gone. If you used "Hide My Email", Apple gives us an alias that doesn't match your other sign-in methods, so a separate account is created. Open the app's You tab to see which providers are linked to the account you're in, and sign in again with the method you used originally.

I forgot my password. Use "Forgot your password?" on the sign-in screen and we'll email you a reset link.

AI scanning

How many free scans do I get? Three pages — in total, not per month. That's enough to see how the AI copes with your handwriting before you decide to pay. Typing flights in by hand is unlimited and always free.

The scan misread my page. Every extracted flight lands in a review screen before anything is saved, so you can correct it there. Good, even lighting and a photo taken square-on to the page make a large difference. Anything the app worked out for you — night time, class, cross-country — is labelled as calculated rather than read.

Do you keep my photos? No. Pages are sent to an AI provider to extract the data and are not stored. See our privacy policy.

Subscription

What does Premium include? Unlimited AI page scanning, in-flight logging from the Lock Screen, CSV import from another logbook app, PDF reports with your signature, and Home counters with your own filters. Everything else — unlimited manual entry, cloud sync and backup, EASA totals, the audit checks, currency, the route map and CSV export — is free forever.

How do I cancel? Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID, so they are managed in Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone. Cancelling stops the renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.

I paid but Premium isn't active. Open the app's paywall and tap Restore purchases. If that doesn't work, email us with the Apple ID email you purchased with.

What happens if I stop paying? You keep every flight, keep entering new ones, keep sync and backup, and can still export to CSV. You lose the AI scanning, in-flight logging, CSV import, PDF reports and custom counters.

Your data

Export. CSV export is free and always available, from the Summaries screen.

Delete your account. In the app, You → Account → Delete account. This permanently deletes your flights and your account. It cannot be undone, so export first if you want a copy.

Is my logbook legally valid? Logbookly follows the EASA format in AMC1 FCL.050. Whether a digital record is accepted in place of paper is decided by your national authority, so keep your paper logbook until you have confirmed it, and use the PDF and CSV exports as your backup.
