Terms of Service

By using Logbookly you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. The service

Logbookly is a tool to record and review your flights. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter. Logbookly does not replace the official logbook required by your aviation authority — always verify your records against your operator's and authority's requirements.

2. Your account

You can use the app locally without an account, or create one (email or Sign in with Apple/Google) to sync and back up your flights. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account.

3. Premium subscription

Some features — notably AI logbook scanning — require a paid Premium subscription. Subscriptions are sold and billed through the Apple App Store, and are subject to the price and terms shown at the time of purchase. Renewal, cancellation and refunds are handled according to App Store policies and your device settings.

4. AI image processing

When you use AI scanning, the photos you capture are sent to a third-party provider (Google / Gemini) to extract their text. We do not store those images. By using AI scanning you consent to this third-party processing. Extraction is best-effort — always review the detected data before saving it.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the app for unlawful purposes, and do not attempt to breach the security or integrity of the service or of third parties.

6. No warranty; limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from use of the app, nor for inaccuracies in extracted or recorded data. You remain solely responsible for the correctness and legal sufficiency of your logbook.

7. Data & account deletion

You may delete your data and remove your account from within the app at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; the current version will be posted here with its date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
